The use dell'App is simple and intuitive: you select a geographic area and type the question like a Tweet.Automatically will identify the best responders, not only between PanPan other users, but also from over 700 million Twitter users.

In addition, PanPan is able to identify the official Twitter account of various entities (tourism offices, airports, hospitals, municipalities, theaters, museums, etc..), Who are on Twitter just to answer users' questions, putting the questioner in with who can best answer.

For us it is still early to talk about success. In general, the innovation that we bring forward is that it allows to obtain information in real time from anywhere in the world, identifying those who really can give her information.

The ability to identify these people, mainly on Twitter, is the key to PanPan.
